Organizational goals must be ethical

What is protested against is usually imposed by a superior force. If the protest is strong enough this superior entity may concede but that is rarely the case. This entity is usually the Govt. or the unit management and they rarely withdraw their decision which would be an admission of being in the wrong. If the superior entity were an ethical moral being it would swiftly change the decision. So the better way would be to see that the management is ethical to begin with and wrong decisions are not taken. Ethical management should be society's goal. Ethics is that self imposed discipline which achieves the organizatiosal gaols and is fair to all. These two objective are not in conflict but are complementary.
